Review for Rush

In this novel Kinsley appears to be living the perfect life.  She has a rich, powerful and handsome husband, lives in a beautiful house and has everything money could buy. Everything is not what it seems. Jase, Kinsley’s husband is extremely controlling and also very abusive. He keeps Kinsley isolated from her friends and family and has even hidden her father’s death from her. When Kinsley can’t take it anymore she relies on a new acquaintance to help her get away. A network of people help Kinsley get away and create a new identity. Her new name is Kiera Masterson. She begins working at a law firm and one of her assignments is to serve papers to Ashton Montgomery.
Ashton Montgomery is a rich and powerful man who prides himself on being able to get any woman he wants with no attachments. That is until he meets Kiera. Once the two have met he can’t seem to get her off his mind. They have an instant connection and he wants her not just for the night but so much more. Now he just has to convince her that he is more than just a womanizing bachelor.
Can Ashton earn Kiera’s trust so that he can have the relationship with her he wants? Will Kiera be able to open her heart up and trust another man? Will Jase let Kinsley (Kiera) go or will he become more enraged because she was able to leave? Find out in this romantic thriller.
This book contains some racy scenes that may not be appropriate for some readers.
I give this book 5 stars!
